Student Group interaction

My name is Lisa Musselman. I am the President of the AIGA Student Group at the Art Institutes International MN.

I wanted to run a few ideas by you all. At Ai's last AIGA meeting, it was discussed that we really want to get more involved with other local design schools. We discussed a few ideas of inter-school activities such as critiques or even dodgeball competitions. I'm wondering if any of you would like to pursue these or any other activities to get the local design schools interacting more. We would love to invite your groups to our school sometime during the next quarter (Jan - March). I'm thinking it would be in the evening - not during regular school hours. My group put this as a high priority on our "To Do List" for next quarter. Any thoughts/ideas?

it felt like it needed a skeleton.

sorry it took me so long to add my little contribution, but it's been another busy week.

aside from the exquisite corpse-ness of the poster and the "for life" aspect of it, i thought perhaps a skeleton was necessary. that, and i have been too stressed out to have any good ideas.

exquisite poster

Hey guys,

Heather Olson had a sweet idea for us kids to do. An exquisite corpse poster. Check the link if you need a refresher on what an exquisite corpse is. It means cutting up dead bodies and creating a Frankenstein that is the ultimate designer! Jim Madson is in with the cops so we won't get arrested. JK JK JK JK

But seriously folks, we might do one in some sort of professional way, but I thought we could just do a test round.

The rules are, when the poster is passed to you, you can't change anything! You can add whatever you like and tweek the rules a little by putting outlines around the type, playing with color theory, etc. Don't feel pressured to do too much, like an hour's worth. Whoever feels it's finished go ahead and post. I'd like to it to go around to at least 7 different people. When you're done, post a gif and offer it to the next person.

So here's my start.t. Whoever wants it go for it! Let me know and I'll e-mail the file (oh, and what Illustrator version you have).
